Our clients cover a huge spectrum of the haulage industry, no two clients operate in the same way, so we make sure that we know exactly what you need from our drivers. It makes no sense to us to take on a new client and then fumble our way through the first shifts.

 

We want to know how you operate and what you expect of our drivers, this way there can be no mistakes. It only takes a few minutes to sit down and talk about your requirements, your procedures and your paperwork. However it takes a lot longer to work out problems that arrise due to lack of information.

 

In some cases, especially when you have a new types of equipment our drivers may ask for a demonstration or an explanation on how it operates. We would rather spend a few minutes dicussing how it works rather than a day sorting out problems. Our drivers are all experienced however there are so many improvements being made to the latest trucks and ancillary items that we cannot be expected to know how everything works.
